Service description

Shwiper helps US users discover products at participating retailers, shop through tracked links, and earn member rewards under our SHARE program. Shwiper is not the seller of record; purchases are subject to each merchant's terms, shipping, returns, and pricing.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States for the initial launch. You must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable laws, FTC disclosure guidelines, and partner program rules when using SHARE or sharing links.

SHARE program and rewards

Shwiper may earn commissions from affiliate and partner programs when users make qualifying purchases. We credit members with cash back on eligible orders — including purchases members make themselves and, under SHARE, qualifying purchases attributed to a member's shared links. Reward rates vary by retailer, product category, order status, returns, chargebacks, fraud review, and network rules. Each member's own shopping and SHARE attributions are calculated separately. Shwiper may change reward formulas with notice where required.

Rewards are not cash until withdrawn under program rules. We may withhold, adjust, or reverse rewards for invalid traffic, self-dealing, policy violations, or unconfirmed orders. Minimum payout thresholds, tax documentation, and payout methods are described in the app.

Prohibited conduct

• Self-referrals, click fraud, or misrepresentation of products or rewards.
• Spam, cookie stuffing, or traffic sources banned by partner programs.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass security.
